The Introduction of Steel Bar Grating
Steel bar grating is also called steel grating, it is produced of steel flat bar and cross bar(twisted steel, steel rod or flat bar) in a certain distance by welding process.
The steel bar grating is mainly used as ditch cover plate, steel structure platform , steel ladder step, etc. The cross bar is generally using twisted steel. And the steel bar grating is generally made of carbon steel, and its surface is hot-dip galvanized, which can prevent corrosion. It can also be made of stainless steel. The steel bar grating has the properties of ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, anti-skid and explosion-proof.
Steel used as building materials in shipbuilding, petrochemical, chemical and general industrial plants, municipal construction and other industries, it has the advantages of ventilation and light transmission, anti-skid, strong bearing capacity, beautiful and durable, easy to clean, easy to install and so on. The main parameters of Bearing bar-cross rod welding type are the width and thickness of bearing bar, the diameter of cross rod, the pitch of bearing bar and cross rod, the mesh width and length.
The main parameters of plug in welding type are width and thickness of flat bar, the pitch of flat bar, mesh width and length.

The direction of Steel Bar Grating
For the Bearing bar-cross rod welding type, because the strength of flat bar and cross rod is different, so the grating has different direction. When using the grating, the two sides of grating need to be set in the main structure.
